200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Join us this Fall (October 2025- February 2026) for yoga teacher training. Kim along with the OPY staff and special guests will host this training. Whether you want to teach yoga or simply deepen your yoga practice, this training is an opportunity to step into possibility. All information is on our website under teacher training.
